In this project, I created a booklet with piano sheet music of a selection of songs by Billy Joel. This was a personal project I did as a gift.

The cover consisted of a heavy linen paper while the interior was text-weight ivory. The booklet is spiral bound rather than staple so that the pages will lay flat; and opening and closing the booklet should cause minimal wear. The friend that it was intended for had said they wanted sheet music in order to practice the song Piano Man. It was my goal to ensure they had a booklet that would lay flat and handle more wear than the typical gloss staple bound sheet music booklet.

The title font for "Billy Joel" is a Modernist monospaced display typeface called Nagasaki by Tom Muller aka helloMuller.

The songs within are: Uptown Girl, It's Still Rock & Roll to Me and Piano Man. Rights to make a print were purchased from Sheetmusicplus.
