For this project I was approached by a client and asked to create a logo for their Idaho based concrete company. The client specified that that the logo functioning well on shirts and trucks was a priority. I provided 8 initial designs as prototypes.

While designing logos, I wanted to show the client different levels of versatility for each logo as an icon. A logo having a strong icon presence is especially important for companies hoping to have a strong online presence.

After the client decided on the icon they preferred, I began working on the typography and arrangement of the logo. The client was drawn to a specific typography but wanted to see a few more variations of arrangement with the logo & type.

At this point, the client also finalized their decision in terms of color branding. I provided him with a chip sheet including hex codes for easy continuous applications.

I provided the client with final working files in the different colors of his brand.
